Case Study #61150: Chestnut Street Penthouse
Client: Horstmann Lynch
Design: Jagr Projects
Location: Philadelphia, PA

It’s not often the work we make stays in our home city of Philadelphia, so it’s extra special that these stunning custom pieces reside in a penthouse on Chestnut Street overlooking Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell. Amuneal worked with Jagr Projects on multiple bespoke items throughout the home, including this Custom Curved Bar with Mesh Panels, a Custom Patchwork Credenza inspired by Paul Evans, Totem Sconces, and our Outrigger Railing as an exterior well rail.

The bar features a blackened stainless steel body + top, brass mesh panels, and dimmable undercabinet LED lighting that shines down on the glassware. For the 14.5’ long Patchwork Credenza, the push-to-open door + drawer fronts of the cabinet were all laser-cut, formed, and finished in a custom painterly hand patina with copper green and rust tones alongside blackened steel. Amuneal also added various custom details throughout the home, including steel wall panels and custom Totem Sconces which incorporate stainless steel wire mesh inside the globe.
